Lake Edge leaders are reading Pathway to Renewal, and are so excited that book author Dan Smith will be giving a workshop at the Wisconsin Conference UCC headquarters on October 23. We'd like to get a big group of Lake Edgers to attend this workshop.
Outdoor Sports Ministry
Lake Edge is starting a new Outdoor Sports Ministry. We've already been rock climbing, camping and biking, and we are scheduled for hiking, canoeing and more biking this summer. This program is just being developed -- make it what you want! The idea is to help people get to know each other and develop genuine friendships through common interests, while connecting with God's creation both through the natural world and through developing the strength of our bodies.
