Until May 25: people collect stuff at home; a few items stored at Lake Edge
May 25-July 28: People drop off items whenever church building is open. Signs on the doors will tell people where to put their items.
May 25-July 28: Garage sale hoppers can pick up cards in the church office to leave at area garage sales, encouraging the sellers to drop their leftover items off at church.
Last day to drop off stuff: July 30
Aug.1 at 3 p.m.: 3 men needed to move furniture out of Fellowship Hall
Aug.2 at 8 a.m.: 5 men needed to set up Fellowship Hall
Aug.6-7: Make your baked goods for the bake sale & bring them to church
Aug.6 at 4 p.m.: 5 men needed to move items forward in the basement
Aug.7 at 6-8 a.m.: 40 men and women needed to set up parking lot
Aug.7 at 3-5 p.m.: 15 men and women needed for clean-up
