Welcome
I recommend that you either have a hand held labyrinth, a labyrinth image, or one that you’ve drawn in front of you when you do your weekly reflections. Find a place where you can take a moment for yourself, free of distractions and interruptions. This time can take as little as a couple of minutes or as long as you have to devote to your meditation. Please read the reflection though and then prepare to “walk” your labyrinth keeping in mind what you’ve just read. Once you’ve reached the center, take time to listen for what God might have to say or teach you in this moment. On the return path, meditate on how you can implement this insight into your daily life. You might want to keep a journal of your thoughts during Lent so you can review your 40 day journey. However, everyone’s journey is different and we all pack, travel, and process in our own way; just stay open to whatever opportunities present themselves to you during this time.
Peace to you on your path,
Monica
