​2021 Covid-19 Policy on Non-Worship Service Building Use

This policy is developed with the goal of protecting the most vulnerable in our Alliance
and is subject to ongoing review and revision.

​Criteria for Use

The event must be approved by Christ the Solid Rock Baptist Church, Lake Edge UCC, or Alliance@4200. The request must come from an Alliance member, include the following, and emailed to:
[email protected]

     Name & contact information for event’s leader
     Event name, date, time, and purpose
     Room needed
     Number attending--maximum set by Joint Governing Board
Building use requests are considered weekly on Wednesday and answered by the following Friday.The event leader or appointed monitor will create and submit to their church administration a list of all attendees’ contact information for use in case contact tracing is needed.

To promote the safest possible environment, masks are required.
